What is your return policy?
Wrong product delivered: Please request a return within 7 days of delivery. Do not use the laptop during this period. We can not accept return for used items.
Return for physical damage: You can request a return within 2 days after delivery. After receiving the product, please check the physical condition carefully. We can not entertain any return requests (for physical damage) that are raised outside of the 48 hour window.
